Halian Systems ("Halian," "we," "us," or "our") provides managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and related services from Sialkot, Pakistan. This policy applies to haliansystems.com and describes how we handle information collected through the site.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. There are no user accounts, and we don't require you to log in to use this site. The information we collect comes from:
- Contact form submissions, name, email address, phone number, and whatever message or project details you include.
- The IT Readiness Assessment, your answers about team size, current setup, and priorities, plus contact details so an engineer can follow up.
- Direct communication, anything you send us by phone, email, or messaging apps.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry or assessment request and follow up with a recommendation.
- To deliver a service you've asked us to quote or provide.
- To keep a record of our communication with you for support and account history.
We don't use your information for anything beyond these purposes, and we don't sell it.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of: your consent when you submit a form, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract with you.
Cookies
This site currently sets only the essential cookies required for it to function correctly, for example, remembering that you've already seen the cookie notice. We don't use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent again before any new cookie is set.
Third-party service providers
We use Formspree, a third-party form processing service, to receive and route submissions from our contact and IT Assessment forms. Formspree processes the information you submit on our behalf and is subject to its own privacy policy. We don't use any other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this site at this time.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and assessment submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required afterward for legitimate business or legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Data sharing and disclosure
We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the service providers named in this policy (currently Formspree), or where required by law.
International data transfers
Halian Systems is based in Pakistan, and our third-party form processor may store or process data in other countries. Where this involves transferring information out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights under GDPR
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict or object to how we process your data.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Children's privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
