Why we started Halian, and what's kept us going since
We started Halian in 2016 because too many growing businesses were inheriting IT held together with tribal knowledge and good intentions, a departing employee's password list, a server nobody remembered configuring, a backup nobody had actually tested. We built the alternative: documented, monitored, accountable technology operations, delivered by people who actually pick up the phone.
That approach found an audience beyond private businesses. Government and public-sector organizations, with their own procurement standards and accountability requirements, became some of our longest-standing clients, work that demands the same documentation discipline regardless of who's on the other end of the ticket. Today that same discipline is backed by recognized partner status with Microsoft, Google Cloud, and AWS.

Both are the same brand, team, and engineering standards. Halian Systems is not affiliated with Halian Limited (halian.com) or any other company trading under a similar name.
